At this year's edition of the Munich_i exhibtion at the Automatica 2023, research group MITI was present with the research projects AURORA and SASHA-OR, demonstrating two service robots for the OR wing.

The research group MITI is very happy to have moved to a new office location in the beginning of June. The new offices are located just a few houses away at Trogerstr. 10.

Jonas Fuchtmann received this year's Karl-Storz-Price by the DGCH for his exceptional work about workflow-analysis in the OR based on acoustic information.

Lukas Bernhard was able to win the first price at this year's VentureOne/CTAC price session at the Chirurgenkongress 2023 for the research project Aurora. For this session the most interesting submissions by young scientists were selected.

Many colleagues from our research group took part in the run for organ donation in the Munich Westpark in order to create awareness for the topic. Lars Wagner was able to achieve a exceptional 2nd place.
