Scientific Management

The Scientific Management at the Institute of Pathology represents a bridging function between science and administration and includes the coordination of research projects in all phases, from the application to the final report. In projects, it is the interface between the scientists of the chair, the consortia and the project sponsor. Responsibilities include supporting scientists in

• submitting applications, writing publications, coordinating projects, monitoring project progress, budgeting, drafting contracts, preparing reports

In addition, the Scientific Management takes care of the organization of

• Seminars, training events, retreats and workshops

and takes care of general tasks in the organization of the institute.
