Course in Biological Imaging
A course offered at the curriculum of Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology addressed to students of multiple faculties interested in discovering the significant possibilities of modern imaging methods. The course begins by motivating towards imaging and educating in the field of contrast one seeks from tissue and why. It then outlines some of the common imaging methods. Theses
Theses are offered at all levels (Bachelor, Masters, Ph.D.), at electrical engineering, at the medical school or in co-operation with the Life Sciences departments for biologists. Varying topics are considered, including theoretical, data processing, hardware development and biological application topics.
