Born in Bischofsheim near Mainz. Studies of psychology and philosophy of science in Mannheim. 1988 scientific assistant in a research project supported by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft - DFG) at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. January 1989 to February 1991 clinical psychologist and research assistant at the Central Institute of Mental Health (Zentralinstitut für Seelische Gesundheit – ZISG) Mannheim. Received a doctorate at the University of Mannheim in 1990. Assistant professor at the University of Constance since March 1991. Habilitation (qualification as a university lecturer) in 1997. Since 1998 head of the Clinical and Experimental Neuropsychology Unit at the Psychiatric Hospital of the Technical University Munich (TUM). Interim chairs at the University of Constance (summer term 1997) and the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstatt (winter term 2000/2001 and summer term 2001). Member of the German Psychological Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychologie – DGPs) as well as the Society for Neuropsychology (Gesellschaft für Neuropsychologie – GNP). Co-editor of the journal „Zeitschrift für Neuropsychologie“.

Alina Maria Fischer (B.Sc.)

Born in Munich. Studies of psychology (B.Sc.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich with a bachelor`s degree in 2011. First research experience as a student assistant during studies at the Department of General Psychology I (LMU) and as intern at the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at our hospital. Since 2009 co-worker in the „SPIRR-CAD“-study (A Stepwise Psychotherapy Intervention for Reducing Risk in Coronary Artery Disease). Since winter term 2011 studies of clinical psychology and cognitive neurosciences (M.Sc.) at the LMU. At the beginning of 2012 initially intern, since August 2012 student assistant at the Clinical and Experimental Neuropsychology Unit of the Psychiatric Hospital of the Technical University Munich (TUM).

Zasu Keller (Dipl.-Psych.)

Born in Dachau near Munich. Changed from studies of history and educational psychology with the intention of becoming a teacher at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich to studies of psychology at the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg/Austria. Graduated in 2008. First experience in research and teaching during academic studies as student assistant at the State Institute for Family Research (Staatsinstitut für Familienforschung) of the University of Bamberg as well as at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Psychophysiology at the Psychiatric Hospital of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich. Since July 2008 member of our team. Moreover, in training as psychological psychotherapist with focus on behavioral therapy at the Institute of Therapy Research (Institut für Therapieforschung – IFT) Munich. PhD thesis in preparation.

Stephanie Stadler (Dipl.-Psych.)

Born in Krumbach (Bavaria). Studies of psychology at the University of Trier, graduated March 2010. First experience in research and teaching during academic studies as student assistant at the University of Luxembourg and research internship at the African School of Motion Pictures in Cape Town, South Africa. From December 2010 to February 2012 postgraduate psychologist in clinical training at the closed ward of the Psychiatric Hospital at the Klinikum rechts der Isar. Freelancing at the Neurozentrum Starnberg and in a study on mental disease rates and neuropsychological deficits in homeless people in the Munich area (Seelische Erkrankungsraten in den Einrichtungen der Wohnungslosenhilfe im Großraum München – SEEWOLF). Member of our team since March 2012. Futhermore, in training as psychological psychotherapist (behavioral therapy) at the Institute of Behavioural Modification Munich (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Verhaltensmodifikation München – AVM). PhD thesis in preparation.
